Privacy Policy
Information about visiting our website, making business inquiries and keeping patient information out of general website forms.
Talk to a Billing Expert01About this policy
This policy concerns the EnrichBilling public website and business inquiries about managed medical billing and revenue-cycle services. It is not a patient privacy notice and does not describe processing of practice records under a client engagement. Information handling for an engagement is addressed separately in the agreed arrangements.
02Information visitors provide
Contact and demo forms request business information such as your name, work email, phone number, practice or organization, specialty, provider count, service interests and optional message. Please provide only information you are authorized to share. Do not include patient information or protected health information.
03Contact and demo forms
The current website forms are not connected to a submission or scheduling service. Submitting them does not send or save the entered information through a form backend. A demo request is a discussion about managed services, not access to a software product. Review the on-screen submission message before assuming that an inquiry has been received.
04Technical and log information
Website requests can include an IP address, browser and device information, requested pages and timestamps. Hosting, content-delivery and security providers may process technical request information to deliver or protect the website. Their logging, cookie and retention behavior has not been confirmed by the application-code review; this policy does not claim anonymous browsing or an absence of infrastructure logging.
05Application tracking and browser storage
The current application does not implement Google Analytics/GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag or advertising and remarketing tracking. Application code does not create cookies or persist information in local storage, session storage or similar browser storage. Form entries are held temporarily in the page while you use it. These statements concern application code, not unverified hosting or content-delivery behavior. Browser settings can help you review, restrict or delete cookies.
06How information may be used
Business contact and practice details are relevant to responding to an inquiry, discussing service scope and arranging requested follow-up. Technical request information is relevant to website delivery and troubleshooting. The current unconnected forms do not initiate these activities or enroll visitors in marketing.
07Service providers and embedded services
Website delivery involves hosting infrastructure. The current application has no embedded scheduling service or external chat widget. Its forms are not connected to a backend, email, scheduling or CRM provider and do not transmit or persist submissions through application code. External websites reached through a link handle information under their own arrangements.
08Security and patient information
No website or electronic communication method can be assumed to be completely secure. Do not send patient records, account credentials or other sensitive information through general website forms. Access to practice systems and records should be arranged separately through approved engagement processes.
09Retention
Retention depends on the type of information and the systems handling it. The current forms do not create stored submissions through a form backend. This does not describe or set retention periods for hosting logs or information processed in a separate service engagement.
10Privacy requests
Privacy rights can depend on applicable law and the circumstances of a request. Use the privacy email below for privacy inquiries. Do not include patient records or sensitive identity documents in an initial email or general inquiry form. The current unconnected forms cannot deliver a privacy request.
11Third-party links and services
Links may take you to websites operated by others. Their privacy notices and terms apply to information you provide there. A link does not establish that EnrichBilling controls that website or its information-handling practices.
12Children’s privacy
This website is intended for practice and business representatives, not for children or patient registration. Children should not submit personal information through its forms.
13Changes to this policy
Website features and information-handling arrangements may change. Review this page when returning to the website, particularly before using newly introduced inquiry or scheduling features.
14Contact
For privacy questions, use the email below. Business inquiries can be directed to the address on the Contact page. The website forms remain unconnected and do not send messages.
